This guide explains how to use the site as a user.
Gallery
The gallery allows you to discover the available services:
Registration
To create an account:
- Fill out the registration form with your information (username, email, password).
- An OTP code will be sent to your email address.
- Enter the OTP code on the confirmation page to activate your account.
- If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
Login
To log in:
- Click on "Login" in the sidebar or the main menu.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click on "Login".
Booking
To book a service:
- Navigate through the gallery to find a service that interests you.
- Click on "Book Appointment Now".
- Select a date and time for your appointment.
- Wait for the administrator's confirmation by email. If you don't see it quickly, check your spam folder.
Manage your reservations
To manage your reservations, modify, or delete:
- Click on "My Reservations" in the sidebar of the main menu.
- You will see a list of your reservations.
- Click on "Edit" to change the reservation details if it has not yet been validated or rejected.
- Click on "Delete" to cancel the reservation.
- You can also view the status of your reservation (validated, rejected, pending).
- If you have any questions, contact the administrator via the contact form.
Searching for Services
To search a service
- Go to our homepage and enter a keyword or phrase in the search bar.
- Press the "search" key or click the search button to initiate the search.
- Search results will be displayed, showing services that match your search criteria.
- You can browse through the search results to find the service that best suits your needs.
